CCS Medical Gets OK On Ch. 11 Bidding Procedures

Law360, New York (December 1, 2009, 6:40 PM EST) -- A bankruptcy court has signed off on the bidding procedures CCS Medical Inc. proposed for the sale of the bulk of its assets, paving the way for the troubled medical supplies provider to move forward with its prepackaged plan to cut its debts by more than $300 million.

Judge Christopher S. Sontchi of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Nov. 24 approved bidding procedures for the marketing and sale of substantially all the company's assets.
