Law360 (March 26, 2021, 4:52 PM EDT) -- The former chair of the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission has rejoined his old firm Cozen O'Connor LLP as a partner in its D.C. office, one of two new hires this week for the firm.
James Sullivan, a longtime management-side employment lawyer, is returning to Cozen O'Connor's Washington, D.C., office after four years after working for federal regulators, the firm announced Thursday. It also announced it has hired Benjamin Milleville, a former shareholder at Pittsburgh-based law firm Babst Calland Clements and Zomnir PC, to join Cozen O'Connor's office in the Steel City.
