Grain Co. Fights Rejection Of $5.4M Corn Supply Claim

Law360, New York (December 3, 2009, 3:14 PM EST) -- A receiver for Olsen’s Mill Inc. has appealed a bankruptcy court's rejection of a $5.4 million claim the grain company brought related to a deal to supply bankrupt ethanol producer Renew Energy LLC with corn.
