ThyssenKrupp Drops CIT Steel Duties Injunction Bid

Law360, New York (December 3, 2009, 12:11 PM EST) -- Mexican steelmaker ThyssenKrupp Mexinox SA de CV has withdrawn its request for a permanent injunction barring the distribution of duties to domestic steel producers collected on certain products from foreign steel importers, saying the parties have agreed the case can move to final judgment.
