Ex-Black Box Execs To Pay $240K To End SEC Claims

Law360, New York (December 7, 2009, 7:23 PM EST) -- Two former executives of Black Box Corp. have agreed to collectively fork over almost $240,000 as part of a deal to end the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's investigation into alleged stock options backdating at the technology infrastructure supplier.
