Union Subsidies Case Heads Toward Antitrust Trial

Law360, New York (December 8, 2009, 3:30 PM EST) -- A federal judge has largely affirmed the jury verdict in the labor portion of a suit accusing an ironworkers union of using dues-based subsidies to give union companies an illegal edge, paving the way for a trial to begin on antitrust claims against the union.
