Law360, New York (December 8, 2009, 4:51 PM EST) -- More than 2,000 former minority shareholders of the defunct Belgian and Dutch financial services giant Fortis NV have reportedly lost their bid to halt the sale of a portion of the company to French bank BNP Paribas SA.
