GMAC's Claims Mostly Set For Trial In Dealership Spat

Law360, New York (December 8, 2009, 6:07 PM EST) -- A federal judge has preserved for trial a slew of claims in a suit filed by GMAC LLC, which seized $11.8 million in vehicles from a struggling Washington Pontiac dealership and then sued the company for breaching their financing agreement.

In a mixed ruling issued Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, Judge Robert J. Bryan denied several motions for partial summary judgment filed by GMAC, as well as cross-motions from Hiatt Pontiac GMC Trucks Inc.
