Home Depot Asks CIT To Stay 38 Lighting Duty Suits

Law360, New York (December 8, 2009, 7:13 PM EST) -- The Home Depot USA Inc. has asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to again stay 38 consolidated suits pending against the U.S. government over the classification of lighting fixture imports while the parties continue to work toward the resolution of the cases.
