10th Circ. Revives Boeing Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (December 9, 2009, 12:56 PM EST) -- Finding that a lower court erred in granting summary judgment to The Boeing Co. and Spirit AeroSystems Inc. in a wrongful termination action brought by a former factory worker, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit has remanded the case for trial.
