7th Circ. Clears BP Of Wrongdoing In Franchising Spat

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 2:38 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has denied the appeal of a gas station owner who claimed BP Products NA Inc. terminated his franchise agreements in violation of the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act, noting that he had been actively engaged in bribery and fraud.
