P&G's Crest Whitestrips Targeted In Patent Suit

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 4:28 PM EST) -- A South Korean household and health care products company has hit Crest Whitestrips maker Procter & Gamble Co. with a suit claiming that the teeth whitening product infringes two patents.

LG Household & Healthcare Ltd. filed suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, accusing the multinational consumer goods manufacturer of infringing U.S. Patent Numbers 6,689,344 and 6,780,401 through the sale of its Crest Whitestrips Advanced Seal products.
