China Takes WTO Dispute Over Tire Tariffs To Next Level

Law360, New York (December 14, 2009, 1:22 PM EST) -- China has taken the next step in its challenge of steep tariffs the U.S. placed on certain Chinese-made tires earlier this year, asking the World Trade Organization to assemble a dispute settlement panel after failing to resolve the conflict during consultations with the U.S.
