Supreme Court Asks SG For Views On Retaliation

Law360, New York (December 14, 2009, 5:02 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court asked the federal government Monday to weigh in on a controversial case involving whether federal law prohibits employers from retaliating against people close to those who complain of discrimination.

The court asked the solicitor general to file a brief in the case of Thompson v. North American Stainless LP expressing the views of the United States.
