Ruling Favors Scrushy In Probe Into Juror Behavior

Law360 (November 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has found “credible evidence” that members of the jury that convicted former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman and former HealthSouth Corp. CEO Richard Scrushy of bribery and fraud were exposed to extraneous evidence.
