Law360, New York (December 16, 2009, 5:07 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has overturned an award of attorneys' fees to Klamath Siskiyou Wildlands Center in a suit against the Bureau of Land Management over a planned timber sale, saying the group was not entitled to them because it was not a prevailing party under the Equal Access to Justice Act.
