Delphi Wins Import Fee Drawbacks On Petroleum

Law360, New York (December 16, 2009, 2:44 PM EST) -- Delphi Petroleum Inc. has won summary judgment in a suit seeking drawbacks on maintenance and processing fees paid on imported petroleum, distinguishing its claims from a prior test case that would have precluded it from recovering any amount.

In an opinion passed down Tuesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, Chief Judge Jane A.
