ITA Issues, Rescinds Taiwanese Pipe Fitting Duties

Law360, New York (December 16, 2009, 6:45 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued the final results and partial final rescission of its administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on certain stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Taiwan, in response to a Taiwanese producer's challenge.

The margin calculation shows that Ta Chen Stainless Pipe Co. Ltd. sold the subject pipe fittings at less than normal value during the current review period from June 2007 to May 2008, the department's International Trade Administration said on Wednesday.
