Tax Loss Penalty Reduced For Ex-Miller Canfield Atty

Law360, New York (December 17, 2009, 2:46 PM EST) -- A district judge has agreed to slash the amount the former director of Miller Canfield Paddock & Stone PLC's Kalamazoo, Mich., office must pay in restitution for helping two individuals commit tax evasion from the originally ordered $40,763 to $30,126.
