6th Circ. Denies Life Investors' Relief Bid In Cancer Case

Law360, New York (December 17, 2009, 7:21 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has rejected Life Investors Insurance Co. of America's bid for mandamus relief on several district court rulings in a cancer insurance policyholder's putative class action accusing the company of wrongfully denying cancer patients payments on their claims.
