Senate Panel OKs Small-Business Trade, Lending Bills

Law360, New York (December 18, 2009, 12:39 PM EST) -- The U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship has sent forward two bills designed to bolster small businesses by increasing their access to capital and offering new resources and tools to help them find new export opportunities in emerging international markets.
