4th Circ. Upholds Termite-Killer Antitrust Dismissal

Law360, New York (December 18, 2009, 4:14 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has squashed a suit by plaintiffs who allege Bayer Corp. and others conspired to fix prices of termite-killing products, affirming a lower court's decision to deny their claim that a decision to grant summary judgment to the defendants should have meant only a partial dismissal of the case.
