Companies Scramble On Eve Of EPA's New GHG Rule

Law360, New York (December 18, 2009, 6:29 PM EST) -- With a new federal regulation on greenhouse gas monitoring coming into effect on New Year's Day, it is important for manufacturers to determine whether the rule applies to them so they can begin collecting emissions data, Paul Roecker, an environmental attorney at Roetzel & Andress LPA, told Law360 Friday.

Roecker has been advising frantic clients on whether they fall under the scope of the regulations, which were issued Oct. 30 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
