Hospital Sued For Sexual Harrassment, Retaliation

Law360, New York (November 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of women who claim their supervisor repeatedly subjected them to lewd overtures and showed them pornographic images has filed a lawsuit against the Tennessee hospital that allegedly ignored their complaints.

The four plaintiffs filed suit last week in Knoxville, Tenn., against East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Inc., alleging of sexual harassment and retaliation and invoking Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Act of 1991 and the Tennessee Human Rights Act.
