Kia Motors Prevails In Franchise Dispute

Law360, New York (December 21, 2009, 3:20 PM EST) -- An aggrieved would-be franchisee of Kia Motors America Inc. has lost his breach of contract claims against the automaker, which he had accused of backing out of an oral agreement to make him an authorized dealership.
