Ikea Recalls High Chairs Over Risk Of Falling Children

Law360, New York (December 23, 2009, 3:02 PM EST) -- Ikea Home Furnishings has recalled a plastic high chair based on concerns that the seat can drop through the frame and lead to injury, marking the latest recall of children's products in recent months.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Ikea issued the voluntary recall Tuesday, warning that any consumers owning the roughly 600 Leopard high chairs should immediately stop using the products and send them back to the furniture manufacturer for a refund.
