Hospital Must Bargain With Nurses, 2nd Circ. Says

Law360, New York (December 23, 2009, 3:22 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has determined that a Connecticut adult care center violated the National Labor Relations Act by refusing to bargain with a nurses union and has ordered the facility to comply with a National Labor Relations Board decision certifying labor representatives and calling on the medical care company to negotiate in good faith.
