National Mining Group Joins Claim Rule Challenge

Law360, New York (December 23, 2009, 3:38 PM EST) -- The National Mining Association and several mining operators have gotten the go-ahead to intervene on behalf of federal agencies facing a suit attempting to roll back new rules governing mining claim limitations on public lands.
