Zelle Wins $5.6M In Microsoft Fee Dispute

Law360, New York (December 23, 2009, 5:25 PM EST) -- A Wisconsin appeals court has put Microsoft Corp. on the hook for $5.6 million in legal fees to Minnesota law firm Zelle Hofmann Voelbel Mason & Gette LLP, which represented the plaintiffs in a state antitrust case against the software giant, but it tossed the law firm's argument that it deserved $17 million more.
