Judge: Hedge Fund Manager To Be Jailed For Contempt

Law360, New York (November 28, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former head portfolio manager of a failed Florida hedge fund firm has been ordered to jail until he repays some investor money or proves that despite his “good-faith efforts” he is unable to pay.

Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida issued an arrest warrant for John Kim Monday after finding him in contempt.
