Gillette Sues Sharper Image Over Razor Patent

Law360, New York (May 7, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Gillette Co., already embroiled in litigation over razor technology with rivals Schick and Remington, has asked a federal judge to declare that its soon-to-be-launched vibrating razor handle does not infringe patents held by the Sharper Image Corp.

Gillette filed its lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, following a lengthy dispute with the Sharper Image, which produces a similar, patented handle.
