EPA Unveils Plan For Phthalates, PFCs

Law360, New York (January 4, 2010, 5:36 PM EST) -- Responding to the increasing incidence of toxicity in everyday products, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has drafted action plans on four potentially dangerous chemicals, including phthalates, and signaled its intention to move forward with the establishment of a “Chemicals of Concern” list.
