Gallagher & Co. for up to $4 billion, New Jersey electric and gas company Public Service Enterprise Group has agreed to sell its fossil fuel business to funds affiliated with private equity firm ArcLight Capital for roughly $1.92 billion, and Chesapeake Energy has agreed to buy private equity-backed natural gas producer Vine Energy for roughly $2.2 billion....
