IndyMac Ex-CEO Fights For Chance To Appeal

Law360, New York (January 5, 2010, 3:43 PM EST) -- Former IndyMac Bancorp Inc. CEO Michael W. Perry has asked a federal court to certify for interlocutory appeal an order denying his bid to toss a putative securities class action accusing him of issuing numerous false and misleading statements about the defunct mortgage lender's financial status.
