9th Circ. Upholds Tyco Healthcare's Antitrust Win

Law360, New York (January 6, 2010, 7:03 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has handed a victory to Tyco Healthcare Group LP in a proposed antitrust class action brought by various health care providers, finding that the medical device manufacturer's strategies for selling its pulse and blood oxygen sensors did not violate U.S. antitrust laws.
