Latham Partner Departs For Litigation Boutique

Law360, New York (January 7, 2010, 6:19 PM EST) -- An intellectual property litigator has left Latham & Watkins LLP after 20 years to become a name partner for the San Diego litigation boutique Chapin Fitzgerald Sullivan LLP.

Kenneth Fitzgerald started with the newly named Chapin Fitzgerald Sullivan LLP, formerly Chapin Wheeler, on Thursday. He had been with Latham & Watkins since 1990 after finishing his clerkship with Judge Howard Turrentine of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
