Windstream Launches $1.1B Note Offering

Law360, New York (January 8, 2010, 3:09 PM EST) -- Windstream Corp. revealed plans Friday for an exchange offering of up to $1.1 billion in registered senior notes due 2017 for outstanding senior notes due the same year, a move that comes after a recent buying spree in which the company snapped up four other telecommunications firms.
