CORRECTED: SEC Ends $3B Fraud Case Against National Century Execs

Law360, New York (January 12, 2010, 1:32 PM EST) -- Securities regulators have wrapped up their case against former executives at National Century Financial Enterprises Inc., including former CEO Lance Poulsen, who was slapped with a 30-year prison sentence in March for the $2.8 billion fraud scheme that sunk the health care lender.
