Ringing In 2010: The CPSIA Past, Present And Future

Since that time, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s implementation of the CPSIA has been a series of zig-zagging steps forward and backward, leaving many businesses scrambling to keep up with the changes and comply with the law.
