Judge Revives Oil Leases On Alaska's North Slope

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 7:00 PM EST) -- A state judge has reversed the Alaska Department of Natural Resources' decision to terminate leases held by Exxon Mobil Corp. and three other companies to develop the Point Thomson oil and gas field on Alaska's North Slope, saying the agency denied the companies their right to procedural due process.
