High Court Says Mobile-Sierra Applies To 3rd Parties

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 5:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of energy companies looking to apply the rigorous Mobile-Sierra doctrine to third-party rate challengers, further enforcing the autonomy of established energy contracts and setting a high bar for consumers who want to challenge their rates.
