Trading Ring Scheme Defendants Must Face Trial

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 6:54 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss two defendants from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's lawsuit accusing a slew of individuals of participating in insider trading schemes related to the Odyssey Investment Partners-Neff Corp. and Liberty Mutual Insurance Co.-Safeco Corp. mergers.
