Law360 (February 4, 2010, 2:55 PM EST) -- In early 2010, Intellectual Property Exchange International is reported to become the first financial exchange selling patent licensing rights. Similar to buying units of stocks on the stock market, license rights to patents will be advertised and sold in individual units.
