Lichten Asks To Return As Plaintiffs Atty In OT Suit

Law360, New York (January 15, 2010, 1:09 PM EST) -- Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC has asked a court to reconsider its order disqualifying the firm from representing the plaintiffs in an employment suit against staffing company Robert Half International Inc., arguing that circumstances have changed because the attorney in question is no longer employed by the firm.
