J&J Unit Widens Recall Over Contamination Concerns

Law360, New York (January 15, 2010, 3:47 PM EST) -- Johnson & Johnson's McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division said Friday that the company was recalling certain lots of products including Rolaids, Children's Tylenol, Regular and Extra Strength Tylenol, Motrin IB and Benadryl over concerns about possible chemical contamination.

This development follows McNeil's announcement last month that it was broadening a recall of Tylenol Arthritis Pain Caplet 100-count bottles with "EZ-Open" caps from a few lots to all available lots over the same concerns.
