Nothing New In Revised EPA NOx Guidelines: Navistar

Law360, New York (January 15, 2010, 4:21 PM EST) -- In response to a legal challenge from Navistar International Corp., the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has revised its nitrogen oxide emission guidelines, though the truck maker criticized the move as little more than a series of cosmetic changes designed to avoid judicial scrutiny.
