BPA Judge Won't Revisit Bottle Makers' Dismissal Bids

Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 5:52 PM EST) -- The judge overseeing the multidistrict litigation over the use of bisphenol A in baby bottles and children's cups has declined to reconsider the bottle maker defendants’ attempts to toss parts of the case, but he granted their request to clarify a ruling allowing unjust enrichment claims.
