Agencies Hit With NEPA Suit Over Minn. Rail Project

Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 1:29 PM EST) -- A group of community organizations and individuals — including a Minnesota branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People — has sued three government agencies over their decision to construct a light rail system through a historically black community, saying the plan violates the National Environmental Policy Act.
