Morgan Lewis Reveals Details On New Pay System

Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 3:32 PM EST) -- Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP on Wednesday offered associates additional insight into how the firm will calculate base salaries and bonuses now that lockstep compensation has fallen by the wayside.

In an e-mail to associates, Morgan Lewis chair Francis M. Milone said the firm had awarded base salary increases of up to $25,000 and incentive bonuses of up to $35,000, although the memo did not divulge how many of the firm's 685 associates reaped those rewards.
