Judge Advises To Keep Expert In Dentsply Case

Law360, New York (January 22, 2010, 5:11 PM EST) -- A magistrate judge has concluded that Univac Dental Co. and Lactona Corp.’s damages expert should be allowed to testify before a jury as part of the dental supply makers’ case accusing Dentsply International Inc. of engaging in anti-competitive practices to maintain its dominant position in the dentures market.
